Remember the very first time which we played one of these old versions (my case was Red version) and the first starter we ever picked?

My first pokemon was a bulbasaur, which eventually evolved (way earlier than I expected when I first played, in a point to think if Ash is retarded to take so long to evolve his team) and was the only poké which I trained. Single handed, Venusaur beat the gyms, the elite and the jerk of the rival.

Yes, I didn't give him a name back then, dunno why. In that time I barely knew any english (was 9/10 years old), I have no idea how I cleared the game without it, XD

I restarted the game many times, trained a charmander and squirtle then but for some reason I do remember the very first was a bulbasaur

My first one was Bulbasaur too *-* He's not the best to start with, since the hardest type to find in the game is Fire, I started over picking Charmander so many times... But Bulby still have a special place in my heart *-*
